Shipping Policy

At RootAether, we want your order experience to feel clear, transparent, and supported from the moment you place your order.

Please read the shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing and Shipping Timeline

RootAether orders are expected to ship within 40 days due to customs and international logistics processing.

“Ships within 40 days” means your order is expected to be dispatched within 40 days after order confirmation.

Delivery time after shipment may vary depending on the carrier, destination, customs processing, weather conditions, local delivery conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Full Payment at Checkout

Full payment is collected when your order is placed.

If your order has not shipped yet, you may contact us to cancel your order for a full refund before shipment confirmation.

To request cancellation before shipment, please email us at support@rootaether.com with your order number and order email.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the shipping label is created.

If your tracking information has not updated for several business days, please contact us at support@rootaether.com and we will help review the status of your shipment.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@rootaether.com with your order number and correct shipping address.

We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

RootAether is not responsible for failed delivery, delayed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays

Shipping and delivery times may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, local delivery disruptions, peak season volume, international logistics processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

If we are unable to ship your order within the expected 40-day shipping window, we will notify you by email and provide an updated estimated shipping date.

At that time, you may choose to continue waiting or cancel your order for a full refund before shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Depending on your shipping destination, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by local authorities.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

RootAether is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or unpaid customs fees.

If a package is refused, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges, incorrect address information, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, reshipping costs, and any non-refundable fees.

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please first check your mailbox, front porch, building reception area, parcel locker, safe delivery spots, and ask nearby neighbors or household members.

Please allow 48 hours, as carriers may sometimes mark a package as delivered before final delivery.

If the package is still missing after 48 hours, please contact us at support@rootaether.com with your order number, confirmed shipping address, and any relevant delivery details.

After review, eligible delivered-but-not-received cases may qualify for a one-time replacement or another resolution at our discretion.

Refunds are generally not available for orders marked as delivered by the carrier unless required by applicable law or approved by our support team.

Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages

RootAether is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, refused, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information, inaccessible delivery locations, failure to collect the package, unpaid customs fees, or other customer-related delivery issues.

If a package is returned to us, we may contact you to arrange reshipment where possible. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If the package cannot be reshipped or is returned in a condition that cannot be restocked, any refund or resolution will be reviewed at our discretion and according to our Refund Policy.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your package or item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@rootaether.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  1. Your order number;

  2. Clear photos of the damaged item;

  3. Clear photos of the outer shipping box;

  4. Clear photos of the shipping label;

  5. Any other details that may help us review the issue.

After review, damaged item claims may be eligible for replacement, reshipment, refund, or another resolution at our discretion.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received an incorrect item or believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us at support@rootaether.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the items received, and photos of the packaging.

Our support team will review the issue and provide next steps.

Order Changes After Shipment

Once an order has shipped and tracking has been issued, we may be unable to cancel, change, redirect, or update the shipping address.

After shipment, returns, refunds, damaged items, incorrect items, delivered-but-not-received claims, and other order issues are handled according to our Refund Policy.
